I've Hit Middle Age! No Libido & Soft Erections

Hi Mark,

I'm a 50 year old male and have a total testosterone level of 367 ng/dl and a free level of 8.

My libido and erections are not strong. Nothing is spontaneous anymore and 50 is just too young for it to be fading away.

Do you have a recommended regimen of how to get things back to normal? I'm not sure where and how to begin.

I do know that my libido is in the toilet.

I could provide all the gory details, but I think you get the drift.

Thanks,

Hi Brad,

You're at a big time fork in the road, and you've got 3 pathways sitting right in front of you.

The first path leads to apathy.

Men who follow this road don't have the energy or drive to do anything about their unhappy situation.

So they just go with the soft squishy body, the limp penis, the fading muscle mass, and the low sex drive.

Even worse, they lose interest in all the beautiful women around them.

In other words, they stop looking.

And trust me, once you stop looking it's time to start shopping for your burial plot, because your life is just about over!

Pathway number 2 leads to the local doctors office.

This is the road most men take....

After a year or so of travel most find themselves taking a Statin for cholesterol management.

Then there's the Beta Blockers, ACE Inhibitors, Angiotensin Receptor Blockers, Diuretics, or Calcium Channel Blockers to control blood pressure.

Of course we can't forget the Proscar for prostate management....

The Amary, Diabinese, or Glucophage for blood sugar control...

And finally, Androgel to mop up all the damage brought on by all the other drugs.

Of course, this pathway leads to massive destruction every single time, but sadly, most men don't know any better.

But you're a smart guy Brad, because you're looking for a different road.

Yup, you're looking for the road less traveled....

Which leads us directly to pathway number 3.

I'd say only about 1 in 20 men follow this route...

And when you see one who has, he sticks out like a wild stallion among a herd of obese feed lot cattle.

Sure, he's 50, but he's lean, he's tan and he's fit.

He's packing plenty of muscle as well...

While all the other men around him are going feminine and soft, he's staying masculine and strong.

He's made the decision that he's not going to take the easy path...

The pathway to apathy, or drugs prescribed by the bucket full.

He's made the commitment that he's going to do whatever it takes to retain his masculinity, his sex drive, his energy, and his motivation to live life to the fullest.

Free T below 8 is that bad? How high would I need to increase my free T to see a significant difference? 15? 20?
