Erectile Dysfunction & Arginine!

I've been suffering from erectile dysfunction since my mid 20's. Don't know why. I'm healthy. I do drink beer and use marijuana occasionally. I've always been stressed and depressed even before I ever drank or smoked pot.

I'm now 43 and really trying to get this behind me.

I'm really concentrating on building up nitric oxide. I don't know what my levels are but every time I research this, it seems the best natural way is to build up NO.

I've been taking 3000 mg of L Arginine and 150 mg of Pycnogenol.

From what I've read, even on you're site, this should work, right?

Its says on the bottles to take them both with a meal. You say the contrary (take on empty stomach). Does it really matter? I've been taking with food.

After 4 weeks of this my results are frequent nocturnal erections, more intense orgasms, and slightly bigger at flaccid state.

I don't think I'm cured but I think I'm getting better.

I'm not in a relationship so I don't really know for sure. I'm not getting that much harder during masturbation.

Should I stick with this? I've been optimistic that I'll continue to improve. Just a little worried because I'm not "there" yet.

L-Arginine is an amino acid, meaning it's one of the building blocks of protein.

It should always be taken on an empty stomach.

When taken with food, other amino acids will be added to the mix, as the proteins eaten are quickly broken down by your system.

The addition of these amino acids will weaken the action of the arginine, and render it ineffective.

To get the nitric oxide - human growth hormone hit you're looking for, always take it on an empty.
