I'm a 45 year old woman who finds myself gaining weight which is very hard to get rid of with diet and exercise.

I've heard that testosterone can help you lose fat and increase muscle mass, as well as strengthen bones and increase sex drive.

Are there any safe natural supplements or dietary recommendations for women using testosterone?



I've been working on this problem for the last several months, as my wife, who is now in her 40's, has been dealing with some of the same issues.

I've put her on a supplement regime, and things are going well so far.

Rhodiola Rosea

This is good supplement to take in the early afternoon, especially on days when you have plans with your partner in the evening.

Tribulus Terrestris
