I weighed in this morning on my Tanita body scale, and I came in at 256 lbs and 31% body fat.

I know this is a bad situation which will kill me if I don't get a handle on it now.

I'm 32 and spend all day in an office, and have very little time to exercise or build muscle. I'm not saying I don't want to exercise, but I don't have much time to do it.

My diet is baaaad, baaaad, baaaad.

I would describe myself as a carboholic / beer-aholic. I have a problem with both.

Ths is going to sound strange, but I'd like to talk about feedlot cattle for a moment…

Bear with me, because once you grasp what I'm about to tell you, you'll have a crystal clear understanding of what's going on in your body.

70 years ago, after a young calf was weaned from it's mother, it was sent out to pasture to graze on grass for 4 or 5 years.
