I've grown a pretty good sized pot belly, which has coincided with my loss of sex drive and ED issues.

Is it possible that my weight gain and loss of testosterone are somehow correlated?

Yes, there's a very strong correlation between waist circumference and testosterone levels.

And this gut fat attacks your manhood from at least two different directions.

First, as belly size increases, sex hormone binding globulin levels go up.

This SHBG then binds to the testosterone in your blood stream, making it unavailable for use by the body.

In other words, SHBC goes up and free testosterone levels go down.

Not a good thing!

The next assault goes after your total testosterone, as your body becomes a highly effective estrogen producing machine.

Remember...

The bigger your gut, the more of the enzyme aromatase you have in your system.

Aromatase sucks the testosterone right out of your bloodstream, and quickly and efficiently converts it into estrogen.
