Hi Mark,

I came across your website when I finally woke up to the fact that my problems were testosterone related.

In a nutshell, I've lost a lot of head hair, put on weight, had low libido, lacked energy and generally felt very demotivated most of the time.

I noticed my testicles were very small too. I have never taken steroids or anything like that.

I then bought a few Testosterone Boosters based on research from other sites.

I used Ginseng and Gingko Biloba at first. I got an immediate boost from them both - I felt much stronger and more alert.

I then bought some Tribulus Terristris and the effect was great - well at least for 2 weeks. Then the effects wore off and I was getting nothing from it any more.

I looked up all the various boosters you recommend and purchased whatever I could find.

I have put them together into the following plan.

For 2 weeks, everything was great. Tongkat Ali especially was amazing - my balls felt massive and full! My ejaculations increased a lot and my erections are rock hard.

However, I don't really feel my libido is where it should be and even the Tongkat Ali didn't have much of effect in the 3rd week.

I don't really feel horny very often, I do get erections and when I do they are strong, but I only seem to get them from some kind of stimulation rather than naturally occurring.

I feel I may be doing something wrong, so I would appreciate your advice. If you could tweak my plan, it would be very helpful.

I'm not really sure how Ginseng and Gingko Biloba fit into the plan - whether they do at all.

Also, I bought a ball zinger and received it 2 days ago.

Does this device on fit around your balls or does it need to loop round your penis too?

I have positioned the metal rods either side of my balls at the moment with a loop around my penis at the top.

Hi Steve,

You need to remember...

You've got a lifetime of damage to undo, and a couple weeks of supplementation may not be enough for you right now.

Based on your email above, it's clear that your body has taken a pretty good hit, so you need to attack this problem from several different angles.

Let's talk about how you can do that right now...

The Herbal Testosterone supplements look good, but you need to keep the following in mind...

The ginko and ginseng need to be cycled, just like all the other products do.

Also...

The chrysin shouldn't be taken regularly, like clock work.

You need to take it only if aromatase is too active in your system.

You can get a feel for this by paying attention to your nipples and your urine stream at night.

If your nipples are tender, sore, or inflamed, or you have difficulty getting the urine stream started at night, take the chrysin.

This is important to remember, because the aromatization of testosterone into estrogen isn't a bad thing in and of itself.

It's only when aromatase levels get out of control that you need to take action.

Here are a few more things to look into...

Diet

I've said this before, but I need to say it again....

If you're living on a diet of breads, cereals, chips, crackers, soda, sweets, pasta and other highly refined carbs,

And...

Supplementing them with beer, soy products and other estrogenic foods, you're just wasting your time with the supplements.

The testosterone boosters don't use blunt force like testosterone therapy does, so conditions have to be right for them to deliver.

Make it a point to switch over to a testosterone boosting diet, and drop the estrogenic and fat promoting foods!

Endocrine Disruptors!

Pay attention to the chemicals you come into contact with on a daily basis.

These agents can wreak havoc on your hormonal system, which will shut down T production in a flash.

Substitute natural products for those loaded with harsh chemicals.

Pay attention to your soap, shampoo, cologne, deodorant, and other personal care items.

Also work to reduce your exposure to household cleaners, paints, gasoline, chlorine, and exhaust fumes.

Over exposure to these substances may be your problem.

You don't need to avoid chemicals entirely, you just need to take steps to minimize exposure as much as possible.

Exercise

Hi Mark,

I thought you may like hear a progress report from me after following your advise for a few months.

I have been cycling a number of supplements over nearly 2 weeks. I bought a few extras to drag out the time between taking them. I think this has helped with my body not getting too used to them.

Here's what I use now. I ditched the Chrysin as it inhibited the supplements, so I guess I didn't need it.

Catuaba Bark
Ginseng + Gingko Biloba
Mucuna Pruriens
Tongkat Ali + Tribulus Terrestris
Yohimbe
Rhodiola Rosea
L-Arginine
Horny Goat Weed
Maca
Bromelain
Ashwagandha

Of these - Catuaba, Yohimbe, Tongkat/TT and Ashwagandha are incredible. I'm on edge all day and my penis and balls feel huge.

I have to admit that my exercise routine is not what it should be, however I have been eating much healthier than before, with an emphasis on eating fresh fruit and vegetables. I have been eating a comfortable 1600 calories a day, with a few days of going over but made up for with some exercise.

I have lost about 10lbs, which is not a great deal when you weighed 250lbs, however I am much leaner than before. I have lost about 4 inches off my waist (42" down to 38"), my chest is smaller (not much of the man boobs left and my nipples are not puffy any more) and my arms and legs are much tighter.

My clothes fit much better and I feel a lot better in myself for it, with much higher energy levels and alertness. Best of all is the effect on the man bits. My T-levels are up, probably not as optimal as they could be, but I'm getting there. My balls seem to be permanently bigger (not up to the size I would like but bigger than before), my penis feels fuller, I have thicker hair on my arms and legs and surprisingly I have regrowth of hair on a long time bald patch on my head. I can actually see and feel the hair and it's getting thicker! Major result!

In addition, I have massively more self confidence. I have been going to job interviews and wowing people, which is a great feeling. I'm getting the Alpha Male feeling!

I used the ball zinger for a while and it must have been working as I used to get the morning glory problem described by others on this site. However, I found the rubber parts started to disintegrate and created a huge mess. I am yet to find a suitable alternative tube at any DIY store.

Mark, I can't thank you enough. I know I have a long way to go still but I feel like I'm getting somewhere at long last. If I had not found this site, my life would have been going nowhere.
