I have been taking these 3 herbs, Tongkat Ali
, Horny Goat Weed, and Tribulus.
I purchased these items off ebay, and I now see that was a mistake. The tongkat is not an extract like you recommend, but a root powder, so it's not doing me any good.
The other two have been better, but I still feel like I need some help. Any advice you can give on what to do next would be appreciated.

You probably don't want to go out and buy a whole new stock of Testosterone Boosters
, so I'll give you some other ideas to work with in the mean time.
First, the next time you take the tongkat root powder, take about 10 times the recommended dose.
That's what it's going to take for you to feel anything with the root powder.
Take it for one day, then go off it for a week so you don't build up a tolerance.
Since you only have three T boosters, I'd recommend that you supplement 3 times a week.
As cash becomes available, slowly start building up your stock of available supplements, until you get to the point where you have at least seven T boosters.
When you have seven, you'll be able to supplement with a different product every day of the week, which will prevent any tolerance build up.
Also, the next time around, purchase the supplements recommended on this site, as they've all been tested by me, and many of my site visitors, so you won't get burned like you did with the ebay purchase.
Here are some other things you can go to work on in the mean time... Chemical Exposure!
Exposure to strong chemicals can put me in a hormonal funk for 3 days or more.
If you're using strong smelling soaps or shampoos, deodorant, cologne, bleach, paint, lotion, or any other product loaded with chemicals, get it out of your environment.
Exhaust fumes, and household cleaners can cause serious problems as well.
Substances in these products act as estrogen mimics, and they can wreak havoc on your male hormones.
Exercise with high intensity at least 3 times a week, and go back and read my diet pages.
Excess carbs, and diets too low in fat and calories can reduce T levels.
Diet is very important.
Get out in the sun if at all possible. If not supplement with vitamin D 3 (not D2), and vitamin A if you have it on hand.
Finally, try chasing your supplements with 1/2 a bottle of 5 hour energy.
The choline, caffeine and B vitamins can really enhance the effects of your Testosterone Boosters
, especially if taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
