Getting Rid of Love Handles!
How to Lose the Last 10 Pounds!
Losing the first 10, 20, or even 50 pounds is easy for most people.
A simple switch to a controlled carb, whole food, semi paleo Diet is really all it takes.
Make this change today, and I can guarantee you, the weight will begin pouring off your body so fast your head will spin.
And this will happen without 10 mile runs at 5:30 in the morning, meal skipping, or starvation diets.
We're not here to talk about the easy pounds today...
We're here to talk about the last 10!
Those pounds that park it right there on your love handles, and refuse to budge, no matter what you do.
But wait you say, I have a friend who doesn't have love handles, what about him?
Some people are metabolically gifted, meaning they can eat whatever they want without gaining a single ounce.
I don't know about you, but I didn't make it into that club.
But what about all the other love handle-less people out there?
I can answer that question with 2 words,
As in, I'll just bump up my gym time from 2 to 4 hours a day, and that will do the trick.
But you probably don't have 4 hours a day to spend sweating it out in a gym somewhere....
And even if you did, you have better things to do with your life, right?
So do I!
I have a better plan....
A plan that doesn't list 25 hours of exercise a week of as one it's requirements.
A system where you'll never hear the words fat free, wheat grass juice, or I'm hungry, give me some food right now!
Nope, this is a system that allows you to eat normally, with just a few tiny little tweaks per day.
And what are they?
Cut out 100 calories per meal, 3 times a day, and that's it!.
This may sound difficult at first glance, but in reality it's not.
Let me give you an example...
Breakfast is over and you're full and completely satisfied,
That least piece of sausage is sitting there, staring you smack in the face saying, EAT ME!
Starting tomorrow you're going to scream back...NO!
The end result?
One hundred calories...Zapped...and it didn't hurt even a little bit.
Later that night, you head out to dinner...
When the waiter comes around to put bread on the table, you say no thanks, then go on to eat the rest of your meal.
Once again...an easy 100 calories dumped...problem solved!
Now, here's the real kicker...
Once you get in the habit, you'll find that this is entirely painless.
Because saying no is easy when you're not hungry.
And the only reason you've been saying yes all these years, is because you've developed the habit.
A habit that you're about to discover is VERY simple to break.
