A Potent Male Hormone Supplement Stack!

Hi Mark,

After a very successful 8-day supplement cycle over the last six months, I am going to turn now to a seven day-cycle.

In other words, a day-on (two herbs) followed by a day-off regime.

My questions are as follows:

1) Do you think this is a good plan?

2) What are the best supplements to take TOGETHER?

3) Should there be any special ORDER of supplementation?

4) What are the best TIMES of day to supplement?

Hi Mike,

Yes, I think you've devised a good plan.

As a matter of fact, you're following the natural progression most regulars around here take.

In other words...

Now that your internal hormone machines are beginning to work again, you can slowly cut back on how often you take your Testosterone Boosters.

As far as combination's go, here are a few that I like.

-Tongkat Ali & Tribulus

-Rhodiola Rosea & Ashwagandha
(more info on this combo here)

-Damiana & Yohimbe (Great for erections)

-Catuaba Bark & Muira Puama

-Horny Goat Weed & Maca

But these aren't set in stone, as I'm constantly trying different combinations, skipping several days entirely, increasing dosages, etc, etc...

You should be doing the same!

The one and only thing I am consistent with is, I always take my sex boosters in the morning.

Since I've fine tuned my body to respond to these supplements, anything past 9 am or so will lead to sleep problems.

I like the products to wind down by early evening, so I can relax, and sleep deeply in order to maximize nocturnal growth hormone production.


My only other piece of advice would be to create bigger gaps, take more time off, push the envelope whenever possible.

For example, when you wake up with strong morning wood, that's a pretty good signal that you don't need to pull out your supplements that day.

Also, when mood, energy levels and motivation are all high, pass on the supplements that day as well.

Heal your body to the point where you only pull them out occasionally, on those days when you wake up feeling low.

Do this, and your products will deliver a major hormonal kick every time you take them.
