Over the Counter Hormones!

I got an email from one of my newsletter subscribers last week.

He stumbled upon an unusual combination of OTC Hormone Supplements that was working really well for him.

The most important of the group was pregnenolone.

He suggested I try this combination. Since I had all 3 supplements on hand, I've been testing this protocol for the last week.

The results have been outstanding to say the least.

Pregnenolone Effects!

I wrote another page on pregnenolone a while back. If you read it, you'll know that I'm pretty conservative when it comes to this supplement.

Pregnenolone is steroid hormone precursor, not an herb or a vitamin. You can't just take it like any other supplement.

As a matter of fact, most of you reading this probably shouldn't take it at all.

Who Should Take It?

Men who are considering traditional hormone replacement therapy.

Also...

Guys over 40 with very low androgen levels, those with klinefelters syndrome, or men with a disease or medical condition that causes hypogonadism.

Who shouldn't take it?

Everyone else!

If you're under the age of 30, don't even think about it.

Over the counter hormone replacement!

Now that I've gotten the warnings out of the way, it's time to give you the specifics...

Here's what you need to do...

As soon as you wake up in the morning take 500 mg of nettle root as well as 500 mg of chrysin.

Wait exactly 30 minutes, then take one 15 mg dose of pregnenolone. If it's in tablet form chew it up into a fine powder

Place the powdered paste or liquid under your tongue and leave it there until it is completely absorbed into your mucus membranes.

Don't swallow. You want the pregnenolone to bypass the liver and go directly into your blood stream.

If you swallow that won't happen.

What will happen next?

Before lunch you will notice a profound Boost in Libido and energy.

You'll also get a bit aggressive and impatient.

When this happens, you'll know you're there.

One thing to watch out for...

If your nipples get sore or tender, your body is converting excess testosterone into estrogen. Take another 250 mg each of nettle and chrysin and cut back on the preg dose next time.

Why Does this Work?

In the past, I've been unable to get any kind of boost out of pregnenolone for more than a day or two in a row.

I'd take it for a day, and the effects would fade rather quickly.

Following this method, it's been quite a different experience.

I've gotten the same solid testosterone hit 5 days running. As a matter of fact, it's been a bit too much as my wife can attest to.

Here's what I think is happening...

The pregnenolone is encouraging the body to produce more testosterone and other male androgen's.

The chrysin is inhibiting the conversion of this testosterone into estrogen in the body.

The nettle is preventing the elevated testosterone from being bound, thus increasing free testosterone levels

Finally...

I think there's some sort of synergy going on between the three supplements that enhances the effectiveness of all of them.

Over the Counter Hormones - The Bottom Line?

Now that the experiment is over, I'm sure it will be a while before I try this combo again.

I don't fall into the "who should use it" category above, so I really don't need to use pregnenolone.

If you've decided that you are going to try this, make sure you get your hormone levels checked periodically.

Testosterone can be highly addictive, and it would be really easy to go overboard with this method.

I'd also recommend that you take periodic breaks just to play it safe.

Here are the 3 supplements I used in my experiment.

Pregnenolone

Chrysin

Nettle Root

Stick with these three, and avoid the temptation to buy pregnenolone in higher dosages.

You won't need it!
