Symptoms of Elevated Estrogen in Men

Symptoms of Elevated Estrogen in Men
Hey Mark,

All my life I have suffered through a lack of motivation and underdeveloped feminine body.

I am currently 19 years old, and have been taking Testosterone Boosters, eating a healthy diet, and have been exercising intensely every 2-3 days.

I have seen massive improvements in my motivation, and moderate improvements in Muscle mass after around 3 weeks of following your program.

Sometimes after I take a T-Booster, my nipples get a little sore, so does that mean estradiol is getting released into my body?

I used to get morning erections, but this has no longer been happening?

I strongly suspect my problem is genetic and see signs that my father had low testosterone levels as well..

Anyway...

I guess my main question is, as I have already gone through most of puberty, and still have non-squarish face, small adams apple, highish voice, slim shoulders etc..

Is it too late to get the manly features?

I'm starting to get obsessed with my voice, because it is too high and my lack of manliness...

Thanks a lot for your site, you have definitely changed my life for the better.

I will always be grateful to you.

Symptoms of Elevated Estrogen in Men

Hello Matthew,

Nipple soreness is a signal that your body has started producing more testosterone.

This windfall, especially in the beginning stages, often gets converted into estrogen, which could explain your erection issues and your nipple soreness.

Fortunately, there's a simple solution to this problem....

Pay close attention to your body, then take appropriate action when needed.

For example, if...

-Your nipples become inflamed

-Your T-Boosters kick in especially strong

-You become moody, emotional, or depressed

-You have a decrease in your ability to achieve an erection

-You have difficulty getting your urine stream started at night

Once any of these symptoms kick in, take one of the following two supplements to shut the process down.

DIM

Nettle Root

After supplementing, pay attention to how your body responds and adjust your dosages accordingly.

But remember...

You goal here isn't to obliterate all estrogen out of your system.

A man needs E in his body for several critical functions, one of which is optimal levels of libido or sex drive.

Take estrogen too low, and your libido levels will plummet.

Your goal should be optimal hormone levels, without any side effects caused by the aromatization of testosterone.

You'll know you have it right when sex drive and erections return, muscle accumulates, and motivation levels increase, without any of the side effects listed above.

Finally...

I wrote a post a while back that discusses your manly features question.

Good luck!

Astaxanthin

Greetings Mark!!

I am new to this site, and find your take on this nighmarish complex hormone balancing act...a real breath of fresh air. What are your thoughts on Astaxanthin? Thanks.

Best,
Brian G.

Hi Brian,

I get my vitamin D from the sun so I'm a big fan of Astaxanthin. It's great for the skin, prevents sunburn and is a potent antioxidant to boot.

I typically take 8mg per day.

Cheers
Mark
