Vitamins for erectile dysfunction?

vitamins for erectile dysfunction

Vitamins for erectile dysfunction!

Most of the ED supplements on the market are a waste of money.

In most cases there's plenty of hype, but not a lot of facts to back up the wild claims.

But there is one mainstay, that nobody seems to be talking about..

Good old Vitamin A!

One of the causes of male low libido and ED is vitamin A deficiency!

Why?

Because vitamin A is necessary for the utilization of protein and the production of testosterone and other growth factors.

The more vitamin A you have in your testis, the more testosterone your testis will produce.

Vitamin A also reduces the production of estrogen by the testicles.

Vitamin A, a simple treatment for low testosterone and ED!

Supplementing with vitamin A has to be one of the most simple home remedies for erectile dysfunction.

Here's a breakdown of a couple of studies...

A human study comparing the dietary intakes of 155 pairs of male twins found a direct correlation between serum testosterone levels and vitamin A intake.

Another study was done with 102 teenage boys with short stature and delayed puberty.

To the surprise of the scientists, boys given vitamin A and iron only, experienced accelerated growth and puberty at the same rate as boys who were given testosterone directly.

They also experienced improved growth hormone levels, higher igf-1, and increased lean body mass.

Pretty impressive!

The control group did not gain weight or reach puberty during the same period of time.

How to use vitamin A to naturally increase libido

Ever since the low fat craze of the 80's vitamin A levels have dropped in this country. Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin, and is found in foods that are high in fat.

Keep in mind...

If you eat a low fat diet, you're probably deficient in vitamin A.

If you eat protein in excess, you're probably deficient in vitamin A.

If you eat a high carb diet, you're probably deficient in vitamin A.

Here are some foods high in vitamin A

  • Liver
  • Eggs
  • Butter
  • Hard Cheese
  • Cod Liver Oil

If you don't like liver, the easiest way to boost your A levels is to take a high vitamin cod liver oil supplement.
