How Female Companionship Decreases
Testosterone Levels & Sex Drive in Men

Hi Mark,

One thing I've always wondered is, does masturbation effect working out at the gym, sexual intercourse and natural testosterone levels?

Recently I'm' having a sex drive problem with my partner and I get bored during the act, if you know what I mean.

In other words it takes way too long to climax these days.

When I'm at the gym I don't have enough ooomph in my workout to do as well as I think I should.

Also, I find that porn isn't as arousing as it used to be.

What would be your recommendations?

Should I tell my doctor, buy Testosterone Boosters, see a specialist or stop masturbating?

Thanks for any help you can give me

Testosterone Levels & Sex Drive in Men

Hello Stephen,

Men in long term relationships have lower testosterone levels compared to single guys.

I'm confident this happens because men in relationships settle in and get complacent in life.

Also...

They don't play the courting game any longer, or compete with other males for female attention.

The peacocking disappears as well...

Dressing smart, grooming, and body fitness quite often take a back seat once you've got your female locked down.

Next comes hyper companionship syndrome, where a man and his partner literally become joined at the hip.

Where neither can even go to the bathroom without the other one tagging along.

Then there's the nagging and bickering that comes along with any relationship.

Plus the fact that you've got the exact same face staring back at you every single morning, 365 day a year.

Take all this, and add masturbation into the mix to REALLY sap your sex drive.

Then...

You tell me why you can't get it going with your woman any longer?

Men in long term relationships need to have a plan in place to avoid this type of demasculinization.

Let me tell you a little bit about mine right now...

I've got a room in my house with a computer, a bed, a bathroom, my workout equipment, and a big lock on the door.

Yup, I've got a man cave, and I use it regularly.

When I head down to sleep with my woman, it's a special occasion that both of us look forward to.

In other words, when we get together I feel like I'm sleeping with a date, not a 15 year partner.

I've also made it a point to avoid hyper companionship syndrome.

This means I don't ever act as a substitute female companion to my wife, like so many men do these days.

I don't tag along on trips to the shopping mall, go to baby showers, or spend my time around her walking through grocery store aisles.

We work independently of one another, and when we do get together, we actually enjoy each others company.

How's that for a novelty?

And masturbation?

If you're 20 something, single, and swimming in male hormones, you may be able to get away with several sessions a week.

But not if you're 30+, and in a long term relationship.

Finally...

I've been asked several times to post a recent picture of myself...

The photo above was taken on my 50th birthday, on a trip to my timeshare in Mexico.

As you can see, I've got my "Girlfriend" with me....

My woman, who's companionship doesn't sap my testosterone levels, even a little bit.

Take heed of the advice described above Stephen, and I guarantee you, neither will yours.
