Gynecomastia! How to Lose Man Boobs!

I always thought my Gyno was just excess body fat but now I know it's not.

I have the hard tissue below the nipple, a sure sign that I had an Estrogen Problem in the past.

My weight is down now, but the gyno remains.

At least it's not a bad case, so I can live with it.

I think if I stay slim and continue exercising it won't get any worse than it is now.

Hello

Good for you for for catching this early. I hear gyno horror stories almost on a weekly basis.

It used to be, it was mostly old guys that had to deal with this problem.

Now, younger men are under attack as well.

It's really a shame, but when you think about it, but it's not too surprising.

Why?

Because young guys these days live on diets very high in refined carbohydrates.

I look back at my youth, and yea, we did eat carbs, but was not at nearly the same level todays kids do.

A Coke from McDonald's was about 10 ounces once you factored in the ice.

Today, 30 ounces isn't uncommon.

A bag of chips was tiny. If you were to dump out the contents of a Lays bag, you may find 8-10 chips.

Big grab bags are about three times that size.

Combine all these refined carbs with the junk fats found in fast food restaurants, and things go from bad to worse.

If these meals were eaten on occasion, it wouldn't be a big deal, but the average teenager eats fast food 3 or 4 times a week.

No wonder these kids are soft and fleshy around the chest, hips, and thighs.

Their estrogen levels are too high!

Combine the diet with all the estrogenic chemicals in the environment, lack of exercise, low muscle mass, and you've got a recipe for hormonal disaster.

The solution is simple.

Limit refined carb consumption to keep your body weight down.

Exercise with High Intensity, to keep your muscle mass up.

Finally...

Limit your exposure to Estrogenic Chemicals in the environment.

I agree that keeping your weight down will help control estrogen. I would like to add that if you are taking any supplements to boost testosterone, you need to take steps to ensure that your body is not converting it into estrogen. I take chrysin, and nettle root extract to take make sure that doesn't happen.
