Depressed Husband!
Testosterone Levels, Depression & Libido!

by Bambi
(London)

Hi Mark,

I put my husband on your program after 2 years of depression and low libido.

He has quit drinking too, and has started to lose weight.

His moods are remarkably different, there is no sharpness in his tone any more.

He has taken more interest in sexual activity and is sleeping better.

We are at the beginning of week four..

My question is, will the improvements continue and if so for how long?...

ie: what is the length of time it takes for the Testosterone Supplements to get fully into the system on this program?.

The reason I ask is he is not yet back to the guy he was a few years ago. (I am fitter and sexier than I have ever been, and I have a high sex drive).

I want my stud back!

Depressed Husband!
Testosterone Levels, Depression & Libido!

Hello Bambi,

Let me start off by saying, you're a good woman, and your man is very lucky to have you in his corner.

You've seen first hand how low T can literally suck a man dry, and you decided to take action!

Good for you!

I'm sure you know, deep down inside, that testosterone isn't just about libido and sex drive.

Depression, low energy, irritability, sadness, lethargy, moodiness...

These are the psychological effects that most women notice in the beginning stages of andropause.

That happy go lucky, charming, funny guy, you fell in love with has disappeared, split, flown the coop.

It's a sad thing to watch first hand, isn't it?

But it's more than just the mood changes...

It's also osteoporosis, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and even premature death.

This is the stuff you can't see in the beginning stages, but it's there, percolating in the background, waiting to pounce.

That's why it's so critical that men take action, as soon as the early warning signs kick in.

Based on your message, it sounds like he's headed down the right bath, but hasn't quite arrived yet.

Here's are some things I recommend you take a look at.

Diet!

If he's eating excess soy, sugar, white flour, transfats, cookies, cakes, breads, cereals, and other low quality, carb heavy, refined foods, his male hormone levels will take a hit.

Follow the link above for information on the diet I recommend.

Exercise!

Your man needs to get his muscle mass back in order to maximize his testosterone production.

The best way to accomplish this is through weight training.

Short, intense, and random.

And no, he doesn't need to become a gym rat.

20 minutes, 3 times a week is all it takes.

Estrogen Control

Pay attention to the chemicals he comes into contact with on a daily basis.

Remember...

These agents can mimic estrogen in his system, which will shut down testosterone production.

Substitute natural products for those loaded with harsh chemicals.

Pay attention to his soap, shampoo, cologne, deodorant, and other personal care items.

Also work to reduce exposure to household cleaners, paints, gasoline, chlorine, and exhaust fumes.

You don't need to completely avoid these substances, just limit exposure enough so the supplements can kick in and do their magic.

It's that simple!

Follow the links above, incorporate the measures into his daily routine, and you'll have your man of 2 years ago back in no time.

Good luck to you!
