Low Testosterone Impotence & Erectile Dysfunction

I just happened to come upon your site when browsing through for solutions for low testosterone.

I am a 31 yr old guy who has been suffering from low testosterone for the last 1.5 yrs.

I have a total testosterone count of 330 ng/dl.

I was recently married and as you might have guessed I had primary impotence because of this.

I too tried various supplements, tried hitting the gym.

My gym workout goes like this Mon, Wed, and Fri I work out different parts of the body but I don't go intense.

I go for 25 reps rather than smaller reps, since lifting heavy weights caused me to put on weight, and after trying various supplements I see that cycling was the issue, since I used to feel they were working but then they stopped.

I see that my testicles are also shrinking.....

Do you think i can be cured?

I haven't gone on to testosterone replacement since I am not for HRT.

Do you think I should ask my wife to divorce me so that at least she can be happy ?

Please, Please do let me know whether I can be cured, so that I can make a decision.

Hello!

You're young, and while your testosterone levels are low, you still have a decent base to work with.

Here are my suggestions...

First, you need to start cycling Testosterone Boosting Herbs.

These should be the cornerstone of your recovery program.

Follow the cycling instructions exactly as I describe, and they will work for you this time around.

Next, drop the high volume, low intensity weight training.

You said lifting heavy weights causes you to put on weight.

Let me tell you right now, that's a very good thing!

When you lift heavy and intense, you pack on muscle and drop estrogen promoting body fat.

So yes, you will gain weight, but it will be all muscle.

The proof is in the pudding...

You're shirts will begin to fit tighter around your chest and arms, and your pants will be loose around the waist.

That V shape from the waste to the shoulders is a classic T man look.

Finally, I want to talk about your mindset for a minute.

You said, "should I ask her for a divorce so she can be happy"

My answer...

Keep up that type of thinking, and you won't have to worry about leaving her, she's going to leave you!

Women are attracted to confident men!

You're acting anything by confident and sure of yourself.

I know you're down right now, but don't let this temporary issue take you out of the game mentally.

Stop worrying, whining, and complaining!

Take action!

Do your supplements, exercise heavy and hard, get out in the sun, avoid estrogenic chemicals, control alcohol intake, clean up your diet, and work on your mind.

None of this will do you a bit of good, until you get your head on straight.

Check back in another month, and let us know how it's going.

Good luck!
Mark
