Cycling T-Boosters to Avoid Tolerance!

Hello Mark,

I just read your article on cycling those 7 supplements to help your sex drive.

I have just recently purchased some tribulus terristris, horny goat weed, maca and catuaba bark.

Is the idea to basically take 1 pill each day... e.g...

Day 1 tribulus, next day a maca, next day goat weed, next day a catuaba pill, then back onto tribulus?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks.

Cycling T-Boosters to Avoid Tolerance!

Hi Ben,

You're close, but not quite there...

On your cycle you'd be hitting each supplement every 5 days, which won't cut it.

To make this work, you need to leave a gap of at least 7 days between doses, otherwise tolerance will kick in, and the products will stop working.

On your 5 day cycle, you'll be a happy man the first week, and a disappointed one the second.

Here are a couple of better options for you.

If you'd like to stick with the supplements you already own, go on an every other day cycle.

You won't be able to juice up every day of the week, but when you do juice, you'll feel the hit.

Or...

Simply buy 3 more Testosterone Boosters so you'll be covered every day of the week.

This will allow you to add Tongkat Ali, Rhodiola Rosea, and Macuna Pruriens to your stock of sex boosters.

All three are very potent supplements, that every man suffering low T should own.

Finally...

Once you have your cycling system down, add the following to send your plan into overdrive...

Orgasm Without Ejaculation

Reduce Estrogen Exposure

Testosterone & Muscle

The Testosterone Diet

Been on TRT for 10 months and seeing no benefits
by: John

Mark,

I have probably had low T most of my life but in my 20s I was an avid bodybuilder, and looking back was in amazing shape. I used various forms of steroids throughout my 20s and didn't have the sense to use HCG or any chemicals to restart my natural production. As a result, my T levels have been in the low 200s for years my sex drive has been non-existent for 10+ years. I started TRT last year and really saw no libido increases though my levels are now around 850 ng/ml.

I have explored your site for hours and have decided to get off the TRT and implement your cycling routine. I already have all of these items, though they are not from Physician Formulas. I have Catuaba, Muira Puama, and HGW from Barlowe's Herbal Elixirs and have found these to be pretty potent. I also have tongkat ali both in the NOW brand and from Sumatra Pasak Bumi. Finally, I have NOW brand Tribulus which has worked for me in the past.

I plan to take each supplement 1 day per week only and cycle to another each day. Furthermore, I am intrigued by the Ring of Power penile ring. I ordered one yesterday and I am quite interested to see how it works. I will let you know how it goes.

Thanks!

One more question
by: Ben

Thanks for the advice. So the idea is to take 1 dose of each supplement once a week obviously? On the label it says 2-3 a week. I have purchased all mine from the Physician Formulas website. I also have ginkgo bal which I will add to it(had it lying around). One more question. Even on days that I do not take a supplement I should still benefit from the effects shouldn't I? Since it is in my system.

Hi Ben

Yes, there will be a hangover effect with the supplements, especially if you take other steps to create hormonal equilibrium in your system...e.g. diet, exercise, estrogen control, etc...

Also,

Make it a point to ignore the advice on the supplement labels, otherwise tolerance will kick in.

Remember, it's all about the cycling...

Cheers!
Mark
