Testosterone Supplements, Caffeine & Coffee!

by James
(Detroit, MI)

Hey Mark, great site!.

I have a lot of herbs for erectile dysfunction that I am using on the 7 day cycle.

The problem is, I burp a lot of them up if I take them on an empty stomach.

What I need to know is, can I mix them in my a.m coffee or possibly in the coffee before I brew it, as if I were swallowing them in capsule form.

Keep up the good work! Looking forward to your response!

Testosterone Supplements, Caffeine & Coffee!

Hi James,

If you mixed the testosterone herbs straight into your coffee, it would become undrinkable.

These supplements are made from very concentrated extracts, and they taste really bitter, and really bad.

A better plan would be to take them in capsule form along with something.

I know of several guys who chase their supplements with coffee, so that may work out OK for you.

You may want to start off with decaf just to play it safe, as some of these herbs can have a caffeine like effect, especially yohimbe.

I typically chase my testosterone boosters with a 5 hour energy, which seems to add to the hormonal kick.

The 5 hour also delivers a nice energy boost, which is a pleasant side effect.

Hope that helps!

Thanks for your question!
