Hi, Mark,

I've been looking around your site here and I see that you mentioned taking this combo on a DAILY basis (or used to):

3 grams of L-Arginine
100-150 milligrams of pycnogenol

Is there anything else you take DAILY without cycling?

You also mentioned Yohimbe as a really potent Over the Counter Sexual Aid.

Since you don't take it daily, what is your recommendation for when to use it?

An hour before you have sex?

Hi James,

The only supplement I'm taking daily now is pycnogenol.

I use it to boost nitric oxide levels, thin the blood, and keep my arteries healthy and functioning.

A couple of times a week, I'll combine it with either L-Arginine or L Citrulline to enhance the nitric oxide boost.

You could place ZMA on the daily list as well, as tolerance isn't normally an issue with this supplement.

Everything else needs to be cycled in my book.

Here's why...

For one, to avoid building up a tolerance to your products.

If you've spent 5 minutes on my site, you already know all about this concept.

But there's another reason...

Negative Side Effects!

Think about this for a moment...

When you take a natural testosterone supplement once, then put it away for an entire week before you use it again...you increase the margin of safety of that product dramatically.
