Testosterone & Porn!

by Luke
(Ohio)

Hi,

I have a question.

Does watching porn have any effect on testosterone levels?

Thank you!

Testosterone & Porn!

Hello Luke,

Yup, it sure does!

As a matter of fact, porn boosts testosterone levels in men and women.

In a small study done at Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Urban Ethology in Vienna, 10 men and women were shown a 15 minute pornographic film.

Blood was taken right before, and at several intervals after the film.

Researchers found that testosterone levels increased significantly, in both males and females.

The median increase in men was 100 per cent and for women it was 80 per cent.

This does raise some questions though...

How practical is this method?

Can you just jump in front of any old computer, and go to town anytime you're not feeling it?

I think not!

Second...

Is excessive use of porn, over the long haul, a good thing for you?

I doubt it.

All that time spent going solo, means time away from real, living and breathing women.

Women you can feel, touch, smell, and talk too.

I don't know about you, but I'll take the real thing, any day of the week.

I have a simple rule in life that I like to follow.

I want to be a better man tomorrow, than I am today.

I want to see constant improvement in my life, day in and day out.

I want to engage in activities that bring joy, pleasure, achievement, and excitement into my life.

Hiding in a dark room by myself, getting off in front of a computer, doesn't pass the test in my book.

But...

Hiding out in a dark room with my woman most certainly does!
