Hi Mark,

I have all the signs of Low T.

Decreased muscle mass, weight gain, low sex drive, and intermittent erectile dysfunction.

The kicker though is my lack of energy and motivation..

I'm employed in a power position, but I've lost my ability to work at a high level.

To be honest, I don't even care about work any more.

Low Testosterone Signs

Low testosterone is when there is less than 300 nanograms of the hormone per deciliter of blood. The symptoms of low testosterone are many, not just low sex drive and erectile problems but can also mood problems, fatigue, and sleep disturbances. Around half of men with low testosterone either do not notice the symptoms or do not report them and seek help, so it is great you have noticed these subtle and not so subtle symptoms and can now do something about it as already suggested above.

get your life back

After realizing I had a problem with low testosterone for a while, I thought there was nothing I could do to get my old life back. I was definitely wrong! The advice and strategies I've read through on this site have made me feel at least 10 years younger. I never would have thought this was possible before. I'd even tried prescription drugs from doctors but feel much better now than I did when on the meds.
