Testosterone and multi vitamins
by: Mark

Hello Alex,

I recommend that you take your testosterone boosters first thing in the morning, before breakfast. If you'd like you can chase them with a bit of caffeine, which seems to boost their effectiveness.

Ideally, after supplementing, you should exercise in a fasting state, which will boost your growth hormone levels.

This can be done in less than 5 minutes on days when you have to work, by doing jump squats in your living room.

Then, around breakfast time, go ahead and take the multi.

You want to take the multi with food because the fat soluble vitamins like A, D, and E are only absorbed into your blood stream if taken along with fat.

If you take the multi on an empty stomach, those important fat soluble vitamins will just pass right through you.

Thanks for your Question!
Mark
