Sperm, Testicles, & Ejaculation Volume!

by Louis
(Allentown, PA)

Hi Mark,

My testicles do not produce much sperm these days.

My ejaculation volume has decreased a lot since my 40th, and I'm sure it has a lot to do with lower levels of testosterone, and too much estrogen.

Like most guys, I have lost the fit build I had through my 20's and 30's.

I'm probably 25 pounds overweight, and in desperate need of some more muscle.

I don't eat a paleo diet, but have attempted to control carbs in the past.

I was successful in dropping weight at the time, but for some reason, I drifted off the diet after several months.

I made the mistake of taking Zoloft for a short time, during a very stressful period in my life.

I lost my job, and my home 2 years ago, and was prescribed Zoloft to treat the anxiety I was going through at the time.

One of the side effects of the drug was, I had a very difficult time achieving an orgasm, and my erections took a nose dive too.

In the end, I made a bad situation even worse by going on this drug.

Now I'm looking for ways to reverse this trend, and I must say, your site has been a breath of fresh air.

Any advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
Louis

Sperm, Testicles, & Ejaculation Volume!

Hi Louis,

You laid it all out perfectly in your post.

Based on your feedback, I'm pretty sure you know exactly what you need to do.

You need to...

Do all this, and the ejaculation volume will take care of itself.

Here's Why!

Your sperm production is down, because estrogen has taken over in your system, and elevated estrogen is one of the main causes of testicular atrophy in men.

Remember...

Weakened, small, atrophied testicles, are simply not capable of producing sperm in high volume.

But...

After you make the shift away from estrogen, and toward testosterone, everything changes real fast.

Once this transformation is made, you'll find that your ejaculation volume will increase, automatically.

Automatically, because increased sperm production is one of the very pleasant side effects of balanced male hormone levels in men.

So...

Take care of the hormones, and you'll find the ejaculation volume takes care of itself.

Thanks for your question!
Mark
