Poor Erections, Levitra and Diabetes!

Hello Mark,

I'm 56 years old and have controlled blood pressure and diabetes.

I'm an X bodybuilder. My erections are weak and I need some help.

What would be the best for me to cycle?

What about L arginine, is that good? Everyone says I look 40 and they don't believe me when I say I'm 56.

My diet is not bad, and I'm starting to work out again.

I weigh 245 pounds, which I know is not a lite weight,

I use Levitra, 20 mg, to have sex and a cock ring.

I still could use more help, please advise.

Thank you!

Poor Erections, Levitra and Diabetes!

Hello Thomas,

You need to forget about your erections for now and start worrying about your life!

Blood pressure issues, diabetes, excess weight, weak erections...

Obviously, something has gone way wrong, and you need to get to the bottom of it!

You say that your diet isn't bad, but I'm not buying it.

Trust me, you don't develop type 2 diabetes and 245 pounds of body weight, without blowing it big time in the diet department.

Here's my guess, and I'd bet a thousand bucks that I'm right about this!

You're eating way too many refined carbohydrates.

Carbs that are flooding your system with sugar and insulin, which are doing serious damage to your arteries.

The arteries leading to your penis, and to your heart as well!

Remember...

Adults with diabetes have heart disease death rates almost 4 times higher than adults without diabetes.

The risk for stroke is 2 to 4 times higher among people who suffer diabetes.

75 percent of all adults with diabetes have blood pressure greater than 130/80 mmHg, and most use prescription medications to control it.

You say you have "controlled blood pressure."

That tells me you're most likely taking a hypertension drug.

You're also taking the medication, Lavitra, for erectile dysfunction.

Since you've gone for these two medications, I'd bet money that your doc has you on a drug or two to treat your diabetes as well.

I have to be extremely careful here with my recommendations, because I'm not a doctor.

Make it a point to read my disclosure at the bottom of this page.

If I were you, this is exactly what I would do to turn my situation around.

1st!

I'd stop the blood sugar onslaught, and switch to a very low glycemic, paleo diet.

2nd!

I'd combine exercise with the diet above, in order to boost muscle mass, drop body fat, and control blood sugar levels.

Remember, it's been proven that diet and exercise alone are more effective than the diabetes drug, Metformin, at controlling type two diabetes.

3rd!

Once my body was back in shape, I'd work with my doctor to get off all drugs and medications.

You'll find that as you lose weight and build muscle, your blood sugar and your blood pressure levels will normalize automatically, making the drugs unnecessary.

Finally...

I'd forget about all the natural treatments on this website, because at this point in your life, you'd just be wasting your money.

Once you get off all the drugs, and get your body back into shape, contact me, and we'll talk again.

Good luck!
Mark
