Pine Pollen & Testosterone!

Pine Pollen & Testosterone!

Just wanted to know if it would be more effective to take Scots Pine Pollen tincture in very little water and hold it under the tongue and then swish it around the mouth for one minute before swallowing it?

I currently take 40 drops once per day in the morning and what would be the optimal dose to Boost Testosterone Levels to where they should be which would be around 600 to 800?

Would you know the maximum number of drops one should take once per day in the morning?

The pine pollen tincture does help boost my very low testosterone level of around 250-300 to around 400-500 so that's an improvement.

I believe the reason my testosterone level is low is because my LH (luteinizing hormone) is low.

Have you heard of any supplement or tincture to boost LH?

I also would like to know the best brand of pine pollen tincture and tablets or capsules.

I currently take both the pine pollen tincture from Woodland Essence and the tablets called Rulaifu.

Thank you so much for all of this information.

Best wishes!

Marc

Pine Pollen & Testosterone!

Hi Marc,

You're making two mistakes.

You're only cycling one Testosterone Booster, and...

You're taking it too often.

Here's the deal with pine pollen...

It actually contains significant amounts of testosterone. 27 nanograms per 0.1 grams of dry weight to be exact.

Now that may not sound like a lot, but T is powerful stuff.

I'm cooling down on this supplement because I believe the testosterone in pine pollen may contribute to testicular atrophy. (I know I seriously need to update the pine pollen page on my site)

I've got a bottle of very expensive extract that hasn't been out of my medicine cabinet in months.

Remember, you want to get your testicles into top shape, exercise them, so they do the work of producing testosterone and other male hormones on their own.

When you introduce the T from an outside source (such as pine pollen), your balls go to sleep, because their need to produce is diminished.

Your testicles are like muscles.

You need to continually work them out, or they will shrivel up a waste away.

If you still insist on using pine pollen, do so in moderation.

Maybe once a month or so.

Cycle it along with the other Natural Testosterone Boosters I recommend.

These supplements will have the opposite effect on your testicles.

They will stimulate the leydig cells in your balls to produce more sperm and male androgen's.

They will also stimulate testicle growth and health.

Finally...

You asked about a supplement to boost your low luteinizing hormone levels.

Tribulus Terrestris will do that for you.

Just remember to cycle it on a daily basis.

Mix it up with several other sex boosting supplements so you don't build up a tolerance.

Do this, and they will deliver for you each and every time you take them.

Good luck!
Mark
