Natural T Boosters

I don't have a story to tell, but I would like to ask a question. I'm only 19, but am already having problems with low testosterone levels. I read your page on morning erections, so I know that something is wrong, because I rarely have them anymore. My question is, which testosterone boosters should I be taking at my age?

Thank you!

Natural testosterone boosters

Well, this is a tough one. At 19 you should be a raging erection machine, so something isn't right here.

My gut tells me testosterone boosters are not the answer for you. Obviously, there's something else going on, and you need to figure out what it is.

If I were in your shoes, here's what I'd look at...

Are you taking any medications?

Are you carrying extra weight. At 19, you should be lean and mean.

If not, take a hard look at your diet. If you're living on Coca Cola and potato chips (surprisingly common with your generation), you need to change that.

Are you drinking alcohol in excess, or smoking too much weed? That could be the problem as well.

Also take a look at chemical exposure. Are you around paint, diesel fuel, exhaust fumes, gasoline, cleaners, solvents, etc..

If so, that could be it as well.

Finally, (this is going to sound funny), how are your nipples. Are they sore, tender, itchy, or inflamed? If so, that's a clear sign you have elevated estrogen levels. Go to my male estrogen page for solutions.

One more thing...

I know when I was 19, sleep was the last thing on my mind. To maximize nocturnal testosterone production, make sure you're getting at least 7-8 hours of quality sleep every night.

Hope that helps!
Mark
