Low Testerone Levels
by Sergey
(NY)
I am thinking I have very low testerone levels.
My muscle is low, my libido is low, and I have little energy.
I am 32 and have not taken any drugs or hormones, but I do not exercise and my diet could be better.
I have read a lot of your site, but there is so much to understand, I would like some help on what to do first.
Thank you for your help.
Sergey
Hello Sergey,
First off, it's testosterone, not testerone (:
I can see how the site could be a bit intimidating, we're at 300 pages, and growing at a rapid rate.
I'll break some things down for you here, and give you an idea what to work on first.....
There's two things that most of the regular visitors to this site do.
They cycle Natural Testosterone Boosting Supplements.
And...
They wear a Blakoe-Ball Zinger Device.
If you're looking to get your mojo back as quickly as possible, start by exploring the links above.
Next...
Go to work on lifestyle changes....
Men who are not suffering severe low T symptoms can fudge on this stuff a bit.
In other words, if you just need a little boost in sex drive, or erectile function, the ball zinger and supplements will most likely get you there.
On the other hand, if you're suffering severe symptoms of low testosterone, you need to be firing on all cylinders.
If you fall into this category, I suggest you go to work on these 3 areas....
Diet!
Focus on whole, natural foods that support optimal testosterone production.
At the same time, eliminate foods from your diet that promote weight gain, and estrogen production.
Click the link above and follow the recommended diet exactly as described.
Do so, and you'll lose body fat, boost male androgen's, and reduce your estrogen levels all at the same time.
Exercise!
Combine the dietary advice above with high intensity, muscle boosting exercise.
Once you eliminate the estrogenic foods from your diet, you'll be amazed at how easily you pack on muscle.
Remember...
Muscle supports testosterone production.
It also make you feel and look good, which increases your self confidence.
Estrogen Reduction!
Excess body fat, estrogenic foods, chemicals, pesticides, hormone injected meat, exhaust fumes, and many other factors lead to elevated estrogen levels.
You need to have a plan in place to control these factors, otherwise your body will be overrun
by this feminizing hormone.
Follow the link above to learn how!
