Hi Mark,

I found you through your masturbation page, and now I'm all wrapped up in this testosterone thing.

I know I have a problem, because I go at it at least 3 times a day, sometimes more.

What I didn't know was that it could have such a negative impact on my life.

Is it possible that my low level depression, and lack of focus is a symptom of this issue?

Right now, I'm overweight, lacking focus, and unmotivated, so I feel like I need to do something.

Get out a piece of paper, and write down something you'd like to accomplish in the next 7 days.

Something challenging, but doable over a 7 day period.

For example...

Meet a new woman, lose 5 pounds, find a better job.

Once you've nailed down your goal, I want you to do two things...

First!

Delay your first meal of the day as long as possible.

At the bare minimum, stay away from all food until at least 11:00 am daily.

Second!

Abstaining From Masturbation

I knew my testosterone was very low when I had no body odor - at all... sounds disgusting but I could go 4 days without showering, I simply did not produce any body odor! My sex drive was gone, erections were not possible, it hanged like a flab of skin 24/7. I'm on day 14 of no pmo. My only slip was day 7 but I fantasized about a girl in my head.

Anyways, my mood has fluctuated and I'm starting to get angry. Body odor is back. Sex drive is back. Testicles have increased in size somewhat.

Anyways, to all reading this comment - wondering if abstaining will get you anywhere - it will! try going 14 days!
