Is Masturbation Healthy?
Compulsive Masturbating, Motivation & Focus!Hi Mark,I found you through your masturbation page, and now I'm all wrapped up in this
testosterone thing.
I know I have a problem, because I go at it at least 3 times a day, sometimes more.
What I didn't know was that it could have such a negative impact on my life.
Is it possible that my low level depression, and lack of focus is a symptom of this issue?
Right now, I'm overweight, lacking focus, and unmotivated, so I feel like I need to do something.
Thanks for everything, your site has really opened my eyes to some things.
Is Masturbation Healthy?
Compulsive Masturbating, Motivation & Focus!Hello Anonymous,
On a most basic level, man has two extremely powerful drives...
The drive to eat and the drive to reproduce!
When you give in, and scratch either one of these itches incessantly, you lose something very powerful.
You lose your energy, your zest for life, and your creative power.
As an example...Think about your distant ancestors for just a moment...
Your ancestors who lived in a world without unlimited food supplies or pornography available at the mere click of a mouse.
Where interaction with a woman was always done face to face, in the flesh and blood.
Where if there was ever a shortage of food or women, you had to get up, and take action if you wanted any.
Not only that, but you had to use your wits, imagination, strength, and creativity in order to score.
If you failed on any level, you went without!

You don't need anything special to get what you need.
You just log onto your computer then head to the fridge, and BAM, you've scored on both counts.
And here's the real kicker...You can score like this 3, 4, 5 times a day, with almost zero effort!
Here's where the problem lays!
You're not using you body, your brain, your creativity, or your imagination.
Combine that with the fact that each and every time you
ejaculate or over eat, you kill off part of your creative force.
That inherent, built in drive that motivates you to get up and do something!
Wise men channel this powerful energy, harness it, and use it to their advantage.
Guys like Thoreau, Leonardo da Vinci, Homer, and Beethoven.
My advice to you is, do the same!
Is Masturbation Healthy?
Compulsive Masturbating, Motivation & Focus!I want you to try a little experiment this week.
Get out a piece of paper, and write down something you'd like to accomplish in the next 7 days.
Something challenging, but doable over a 7 day period.
For example...Meet a new woman, lose 5 pounds, find a better job.
Once you've nailed down your goal, I want you to do two things...
First!Delay your first meal of the day as long as possible.
At the bare minimum, stay away from all food until at least 11:00 am daily.
Second!Go this entire week without ejaculating!
Then, lay back and watch what happens...What you'll find is, your mind and your body will get busy!
Instead of dull, unimaginative, and listless, you'll become sharp, creative, and highly motivated!
You'll no longer be wasting your force pursuing internet pornography.
Nor will you sap your energy on 3 thanksgiving sized meals a day.
Instead, you'll tap into the two primordial drives you share with all men.
The drive to eat, and the drive to reproduce, and spread your seed!
Learn to control and channel these two powerful forces, and you'll achieve each and every goal you set for yourself
Give in, and run to the computer or the refrigerator every single time you feel the urge, and you most definitely won't.
It's that simple!
