There is nothing to debate here. You most certainly can change hormone levels without injection. Different herbs take different approaches to increase or decrease hormones. The product you list is used orally with the claim of boosting male hormones. So I don't know why you are even mentioning that. Injection is a horrible way of getting hormones. It will make your body shut down its own production. If anything, bio identical hormone replacement using under the skin pellets is much better than injections. By the way, Vitamin D is a hormone not a vitamin. Do you inject sunlight? Taking Vitamin D3 does increase Vitamin D.
