E-coli, Low Testosterone & Erectile Dysfunction

Sir;

I had diarrhea one evening, and did not make it to the bathroom, some of the fecal material got into my penis, and infected my left testicle with e-coli.

The doctor hospitalized me with intravenous antibiotics and killed the infection. However the event left me with low testosterone levels , playing with my immune system and erectile function. Another doctor said that testosterone shots would get me back functioning again.

BUT what they actually did was cause my testicles to atrophy to the size of my thumbnail. What can I do to bring them back to normal size and function?
