At very high doses you may experience,

  • Sweating
  • Increased body temperature
  • Upset stomach
  • Irritability

Stick with 1000 mg or less, and side effects won't be a problem

More choline information

Choline increases levels of the neurotransmitter dopamine. Higher levels of dopamine in the body lead to elevated mood, increased energy, and higher sex drive.

This may explain why choline improves libido as well as erection quality.

The increased sex drive part probably comes for the dopamine boost.

One more thing..

When you purchase a choline supplement, look for one labeled CDP-choline. CDP is a more potent version, and I find it to be more effective.
