Body Fat, Muscle Mass & Testosterone Levels in Men!

Hi Mark,

I have a total testosterone of 415. I'm 46 years old and my libido is low.

I can still get an erection if I masturbate, but once I stop its gone.

I still get the morning wood, but once I get up its goes away quickly.

There are times I get an erection because I feel horny. I take multivitamins zinc, DIM and fish oil.

My body fat is 33%. If I lose weight will this Increase My Testosterone?
