Hi Mark,

My question is about workout and nutritional program recommendations.

I understand you prefer HIT training for fat loss and a paleo-like diet for your nutritional goals, but are there any programs, books, or videos you actually recommend for people to purchase?

I'm interested in buying a few.

Hi Alex,

I wrote extensively on these subjects in the past, but despite this fact, I continued to get emails asking for more specifics.

I went back to the drawing board, and wrote more pages, answered more questions.

But still, the emails kept coming in.
