5 Hour Energy Side Effects!

5 Hour Energy Side Effects!

Hi Mark,

I followed your advice, and began taking my Testosterone Boosters on an empty stomach, along with half a bottle of 5 hour energy.

This really enhanced the effect of the supplements, so I really appreciate the advice.

I did notice that this effect decreased after the 3rd day.

Does this mean the 5 hour energy needs to be cycled like the sex boosters do?

I also fell into a mild depression after a few days.

I'm not sure if that was a coincidence, or if it was a side effect of the 5 hour energy.

If you've had experience with this, please let me know.

Thank you!

Hi Jack

Yes, the 5 hour does need to be Cycled, just like your testosterone boosting supplements.

The key ingredient in the drink is citicoline.

I've been taking this supplement in capsule form for years, and like all the others, if taken too often, it stops working.

I usually use the five hour when I have a heavy mental task to perform, or when I have a big social event on the horizon.

Typically, I use it once or twice a week, along with one of my favorite T boosters.

I've found that Tongkat Ali, and 5 hour are a very good combination.

As far as side effects go, I've never experienced any, but that doesn't mean they don't exist.

Some people get depressed, uptight, and anxious while on caffeine, so that's a possibility, especially if you're not a regular coffee drinker.

Try dropping your dose down to once or twice a week at the most, and see how it goes.

Good luck!
